At OntarioBets.com, we were interested in seeing how much it costs on average for Toronto Blue Jays’ season ticket holders to see a win at a home game. Using Baseball-Reference.com and Statista data, we found the average cost per home win from the 2022 to 2024 seasons. Check out 2025 World Series odds as well.
Avg. Home Ticket $ for 81 Games | Avg. Cost/Home Win | MLB Standing |
$2,632.50 | $61.65 | 16th place |
Across the 30 teams in MLB, the Jays’ average cost per home win is $61.55, which is ranked in the middle of the pack, placing 16th overall, with an 81-game cost of $2,632.50 if you were to attend each of the team’s games at Rogers Centre.
This year, if Toronto can match its home win figure from the team’s 89-73 campaign in 2023 (43 home wins), it would net fans an average cost per home win of $61.22. This analysis is exclusive to Ontariobets.com, your top source for Ontario sportsbooks information and reviews.
This stat also illustrates how difficult it is to lower the overall figure when you still have to play 81 games away from the friendly confines of the stadium formerly known as the SkyDome.
Dating to 2015, the best home record that Toronto has racked up was that 2015 season, when they went 53-28 (.654) north of the border.
Speaking of money, our coverage of Canada’s lone MLB team includes a look at the most undervalued Toronto Blue Jays on the 2025 roster, with the regular season starting this week.
Based on the preseason odds compiled by Sports Interaction Ontario Sportsbook, it seems like a return to the postseason for the first time since 2023 is not in the cards for the Jays, who enter the season with a win total over/under of 79.5 in 2025 (at -115 odds). The under bet has -105 odds with the operator.
The Jays have the longest odds to win the American League East at +1000 (tied with the Tampa Bay Rays), according to NorthStar Bets Ontario Sportsbook. They also have +270 odds to make the playoffs with that operator, compared to -375 odds of missing out in Canada’s largest city.
For now, what we know for sure is that Toronto’s 2025 regular-season campaign begins Thursday at Rogers Centre, when the Jays host the Baltimore Orioles in the first of a four-game weekend series at 3:07 p.m. Eastern time.
