The expansion of Ontario online casinos is ongoing. The province’s iGaming market has dozens of operators but players keep getting more choices all the time.
Malta-based Hacksaw Gaming announced last week it has launched its inventory of online casino games through a deal with Caesars, which operates the Caesars Palace Online Casino in Ontario.
The new partnership will showcase Hacksaw Gaming's entire catalog with the company’s first release of games featuring Wanted Dead or a Wild, RIP City and Hand of Anubis and Mines.
“Forging partnerships with new faces is always an exciting time, but the influence of Caesars Digital is one we (take pride in),” Hacksaw Gaming CEO Marcus Cordes said in a news release. “Launching this partnership in Ontario is the perfect place to begin our journey.”
Hacksaw Gaming Present In U.S. Markets
The announcement of a deal with Ontario Caesars Palace Online Casino came 20 days after Hacksaw Gaming debuted its DraftKings partnership in New Jersey, its second U.S. market since West Virginia launched in September (DraftKings).
“Hacksaw Gaming brings an exciting catalog of games to our platforms that should provide a thrilling experience for our players,” Matthew Sunderland, SVP & Chief iGaming Officer at Caesars Digital, said in the same news release. “We’re excited to see how our players engage with this content in Ontario and in jurisdictions in the future through our new partnership.”
The Canadian endeavor will be the catalyst for additional jurisdiction launches by Hacksaw in 2024. Hacksaw has global partnerships with PokerStars Casino, BetMGM Casino and Betsson Group to name a few.
Players at casino apps Ontario as well as legal, regulated Ontario sports betting sites wagered more than $14.2 billion Canadian in the second quarter of this financial year (July to September), according to iGaming Ontario. Hacksaw Gaming offers dozens of online slots and, as well as its presence in North America, the company has partnerships across the globe including recently announced deals in Croatia, Spain and Lithuania.
