One of the NHL’s top wingers is officially on the market, as 29-year-old Max Domi exits his one-year deal with the Toronto Maple Leafs after notching 47 points in 80 games with the club.
Domi has played in 661 NHL games across seven franchises since entering the league in 2015, scoring 130 goals and dishing out 287 assists with 38.3 point shares to his name so far.
Now, the veteran winger will likely find open arms on the league’s UFA market as he looks to up his career earnings well past their current level of $25.250 million with whichever club signs him this summer.
OntarioBets.com, using our Ontario sports betting mindset, wanted to see where Domi will land for the 2024-25 NHL season, so we developed hypothetical odds to see where Domi will be, as he potentially will be available for free agency come July 1.

Where Will Max Domi Go Next?
Our top team in the Domi sweepstakes right now is the New York Islanders, who come in at +700 after notching 94 points and getting knocked out in the first round of the NHL Playoffs.
The Islanders beat out the Chicago Blackhawks (+750), Seattle Kraken (+800), New York Rangers (+850) and Pittsburgh Penguins (+1050) for Domi’s services, though the chance of a reunion with the Leafs is always a possibility, which is why we list Toronto and the field at +120.
Whichever club lands Domi is getting a player that’s scored 20 or more goals twice in his nine-year run in the league, more than meriting the money he’s earned since entering the NHL in 2015. Be sure to check out Caesars Ontario sportsbook for any Maple Leafs futures bets.
