Swintt Entering Ontario Market As Software Provider

The list of games available to Ontario online slots players keeps growing. The latest example is Swintt, a software provider that is entering the Canadian market for the first time.

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, which regulates iGaming in the province, has granted a license to Swintt, which gives the company permission to offers its games in Ontario.

“Swintt is delighted to have received AGCO approval for its games in Ontario and we’re very excited to now have the chance to take this new and dynamic market by storm,” Swintt CEO David Mann said in a company release.

The leading operators of online casino Ontario sites can now opt to offer Swintt games such as Tipsy Charms, The Crown (featuring English soccer-player-turned-actor Vinnie Jones) and a new game released on Thursday called Law of Gilgamesh.

The company’s catalog features a series called “Big Max” slots, a variety of adventure-themed games and an array of classic themes such as 7 Fresh Fruits, Extra Win and Power Fruits.

Among the games coming soon from Swintt are The Crown Reloaded (another one involving Vinnie Jones), Cheshire’s Luck and Elysium VIP.

Swintt has a license to operate in the United Kingdom, Latvia, Malta, Germany and Sweden, among others. Canada, including Toronto online casinos, marks the first North American market that the company has entered.

Among other countries where Swintt aims to make a splash is the United States, where iGaming (or online casinos) operations are current legal, regulated and running in six states. Nevada also has legalized online poker.

Swintt acquired Elysium Studios this year and that partnership has already produced both Tipsy Charms and Law of Gilgamesh. Swintt has one table game, Maxi Roulette, and a handful of live studio offerings.
