With the MLB season just around the corner for Ontario sports betting, fans are eagerly excited for another year of action. But the gameday experience wouldn’t be complete without the stadium refreshments and food offerings! So, we wanted to see which ballparks are the best for those looking to grab a drink and a bite to eat, as well as watch the game.
To determine which MLB ballpark is the best for foodies, we created an index that considered four key factors: the number of concessions stands divided by the stadium’s square footage, the number of concessions stands in comparison to the stadium’s capacity, the price of a beer per ounce, and the price of a hotdog.
So, whether you’re a die-hard baseball fan, a dedicated foodie, or maybe a bit of both, these parks are guaranteed to impress. So, let’s delve into the top five stadiums and see what they have on offer.
1. T-Mobile Park - Seattle Mariners
First up is T-Mobile Park, which has a final index score of 8.74 (out of 10), and is home to the Seattle Mariners. The stadium has a capacity of 47,929, and features a huge food and beverage selection, including ballpark classics like pizza (Moto and Ballard Pizza), hotdogs (Holy Smoke BBQ and Sausage Cart), beer, and soda.
Fans here can enjoy a hotdog for $4.00 in the stadium, and beer is just $0.33 per ounce. With vegan and plant-based options also available such as Acai Bowls from Pure Acai, there seems to be something for everyone at T-Mobile Park, so there’s no wonder it claims the first spot on our list.
2. Rogers Centre - Toronto Blue Jays
Next up, when it comes to the best MLB stadiums for foodies, we have the Rogers Centre, home to the Toronto Blue Jays. The Rogers Centre has a final index score of 7.85, and boasts an exclusive range of food and drink for fans to enjoy.
With sandwiches at The Catch Bar and The Stop, to fries, and many grab & go options, visitors to the Rogers Centre are spoilt for choice. There’s also a huge range of refreshments on offer, including wine and spirits from the Corona Rooftop Patio, and the price of a beer is just slightly more than at T-Mobile Park, coming in at $0.47 per ounce. A hotdog is also slightly more expensive, at $4.65, but it’s still reasonably priced.

3. American Family Field - Milwaukee Brewers
With a final index score of 7.67, American Family Field (home to the Milwaukee Brewers) is next. With one concession stand per 551 people, there’s plenty to chose from at this ballpark.
Popular items are the hotdogs, which are fairly priced at $4.00, and the beer which is around $0.69 per ounce (it's Milwaukee, after all). The stadium has everything from craft cocktails at Cream City Cocktails, to popcorn and candy for fans to treat themselves to (all while enjoying a quality game). With new items recently added to the menu, fans can now also enjoy Philly cheese steak sandwiches, as well as the famous Swedish Meatball Bomber.
4. Truist Park - Atlanta Braves
Truist Park, base of the Atlanta Braves, is a culinary destination in its own right. It has a final index score of 7.67, claiming the penultimate spot on our list. From a 3-foot sub sandwich to a Georgia BLT, Truist Park really is a foodie’s heaven. There’s also coffee, frozen lemonade, and a huge range of cocktails available.
Truist Park boasts distinct items such as a deep fried twinkie Sunday, and baseball helmet nachos. Equally, it’s a great spot for those seeking reasonable prices, with a beer priced at just $0.42, and a hotdog at $3.99.
5. LoanDepot Park - Miami Marlins
Making up the top five list is LoanDepot Park, home to the Miami Marlins. Known for its wide selection of food and beverages, LoanDepot Park has a final index score of 7.53. You can grab yourself a beer in the stadium for just $0.42 per ounce, and a hotdog is priced at $3.00.
Of course, there’s classic ballpark options, but there’s also inventive sweet treats such as bubble waffles, ice cream sandwiches, and sweet pretzels for fans to enjoy. You can even place an order from the comfort of your seat, and watch the game while your food is delivered to you.
